World Radio Day: Stories of the Blue Hill Peninsula

A World Radio Day storytelling event, Monday, February 13 at 11 a.m. at the Blue Hill Public Library, presented in partnership with WERU Community Radio.

WERU Community Radio and the Blue Hill Public Library will celebrate World Radio Day with a storytelling for radio event at the library. The hour-long program will begin at 11 a.m. with a video telling the story of the founding of WERU, followed by a listening and recording session featuring local people with stories to tell about life experiences in our region of Maine. After the event, the recording will be edited and played on WERU.
