Armrestling is a democratic and peaceful sport for women

It was one of my favorite masculine activities to try hand strength from time immemorial. However, in the official sport it was formed only in 1952.

Participant of the arm wrestling Adelina Beknazarova, from Tash-Kymyr Kyrgyzstan says that - "Before going into sparring, it is desirable to do a little workout. To do this, you can pull up a few times on the crossbar, using different grips, or a couple of times to wring sharply off the floor. I like this sport. I have so far that one diploma for arm wrestling for second place. I also went to the city of Talas, Kyrgyzstan and took the fourth place there. But on this I will not stop and will strive further to success. "

The sports section on arm-wrestling was opened in Tash-Kumyr. Coach Kanybek Esengeldiev, said that no one finances the sports section. "I train for free, because I'm interested, but I opened this section in Tash-Kumyr, because I grew up and live here. For three years as this section exists, we went to the World Championships in Malaysia in 2015. Also went to Kazakhstan for the Asian Championships.
